RoboTech by VFM solutions is the powerful solution for creating and managing Private Blog Network (PBN) backlinks with ease. This tool is built for SEO experts, and resellers to make PBNs in just few minutes.

Before using our platform, we kindly ask you to review the following terms of use.

Domain Metrics & Links

While RoboTech offer its users high-authority PBN domains, domain metrics can change due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for metric drops or domain de-indexing by search engines. If a domain is flagged or devalued by the registry's end, it may be removed from our platform without prior notice and no refund will be given for this. However, we by ourselves do not delete any PBN post. Sidebar/Blogroll links expire after 6 months and will be cleared from the system to maintain domain hygiene.

Credit System & Usage Policy

RoboTech uses a credit based system to use it. Here's how it works:

• Credits must be purchased in advance to activate any automation features like publishing blog posts, scheduling, or inserting sidebar links.
• No action can be completed unless your credit balance is sufficient.
• Credit purchases must be made by contacting us directly from your registered phone number. Requests from any unverified number will not be accepted.
• All credit payments are processed through our secure system.

Refund & Credit Adjustment Policy

• Credits are non-refundable once added to your account, regardless of usage.
• Please purchase credits according to your needs.
• In case of accidental or unnecessary posting, we offer a 50% credit return if the deletion request is made within 48 hours of publication. However, after 48 hours, no credit refund will be given.
• No refunds will be issued after the 48-hour window.
• We provide a 2-day post-edit option to help users avoid deletion due to minor errors.
• Also, the edit option will not available after 2 days (48 hours) so if you edit any post then edit it in that time duration.

PBN Post Editing Rules

• Users have 48 hours after a post goes live to make any content adjustments.
• Edits can include text, anchor text, or URL changes.
• Sidebar links are final once published. They cannot be edited or replaced later. So, please double-check before submission.

Customize Your Author Name

RoboTech allows users to personalize their author name. However, this change is only permitted once. No additional edits will be allowed. Here is how to do it:

1. Click your username in the dashboard.
2. Open “Account Settings.”
3. Enter your desired author name in the field.
4. Click “Update.”

About the Indexing

We cannot guarantee indexation timelines for any content.

• Factors like Google algorithm and content relevance affect index speed.
• You can Use third-party tools if you want fast indexing.
• Some posts may index in a day; others may take longer.

Performance & Ranking

RoboTech is a tool, not a complete SEO solution. As SEO is based on many parts including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off page SEO so, your campaign success depends on proper strategy. While RoboTech supports your SEO strategy through automated link-building, it does not promise:

• Guaranteed rankings or organic traffic boosts
• Conversion increases
• SEO success without user involvement

Account Usage & Ethics

To maintain platform integrity:

• One account per user is allowed. Shared usage will lead to permanent account bans.
• Always publish clean, niche-relevant, and unique content.
• Misuse, such as low-quality spam, abusive language, or manipulation of credit deductions, will result in account termination.

Misuse & Access Termination

Any of the following will result in immediate account suspension with no refund, so it is recommended to always review campaigns before launching to avoid error and misuse:

• Attempting to break any system rules
• Posting harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Using unauthorized access or accounts
• Damaging platform reputation or domain credibility

Policy Updates & Notifications

These guidelines may change without any notice to reflect improvements or legal requirements. However, if necessary, then users will be notified of major updates via RoboTech's dashboard or official communication groups. Also, continued usage implies your agreement to the latest terms.
